The STP (Situation, Target, Proposal) is a brainstorming technique designed to clarify a situation, define a target, and articulate a proposed solution. The purpose of STP is to provide a simple and common method to define the present situation. In this way, a complete picture can be developed that includes all stakeholder input. This 60-minute course comprises of 2 microlearning modules: a video explaining and giving examples of the use of the tool and an interactive eLearning module. By the end of this course, you will be able to apply the STP principles and successfully apply the tool to a project of your choice.
